Position: Direct Support Professional (DSP) Make a Lasting Impact on Someones Life

The Arc Lexington has FullTime and PartTime openings. With starting rates ranging from $18.10$19.25 most DSPs earn on average $18.75 per hour. In addition there is an additional $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts.
Responsibilities:

- Support Health and Wellbeing: Administer medications and maintain accurate records ensuring the people we support remain healthy and safe.
- Create a Nurturing Environment: Cultivate a nurturing space fostering emotional wellbeing and weaving bonds of social connection among the people we support.
- Progress Tracking: Your keen recordkeeping isnt just about progress; its a celebration of triumphs big and small marking the journey towards a better life.

Requirements:
- Drivers License: A NYS Drivers license with 2 years of driving experience is required.
