In this role you will lead initiatives aimed at improvement efforts across various projects. Your responsibilities will include creating metrics and performance management systems to effectively gather data that drives performance improvements and cost reductions. You will conduct statistical analysis of this data to assess work methods and procedures aiming to improve productivity. Additionally you will provide management with recommendations for procedural and process changes as well as support the development of both district and statewide business plans. By promoting the use of metrics you will help identify key productivity challenges and opportunities for overall performance enhancement.
