Midas Hospitality is seeking a thorough Room Inspector to join our team at the Hotel Canandaigua in Canandaigua NY. This person will inspect all guest rooms to ensure that they have been cleaned and supplied up to brand company and guest standards. This position may fill in for housekeeping as needed and assist the Executive Housekeeper in the daily operation of the housekeeping department.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Inspect room for cleanliness after the room has been serviced by the room attendants.
- Check all rooms for any mechanical or physical problems and report any findings to the maintenance department.
- Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of all public areas.
- Assist housekeepers as needed and as directed by the Executive Housekeeper.
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least one year of relevant housekeeping experience
- Previous experience as a room inspector is highly preferred
