To ensure efficient operation and maintenance in the shift of all the mechanical / electrical / electronics/ civil works in the property & smooth day to day operations of engineering department in order to achieve on excellent level of customer satisfaction & profitability in an environment of high employee morale.
What will I be doing
Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Maintain a high customer service focus by approaching your job with the customers always in mind.
Systems / Operations
Responsible for duty schedule of shift staff Job allocation to achieve high employee productivity in the department.
Ensure that Guests and inter department requests or complaints are attended to promptly & efficiently.
Monitor HLP consumption on a daily basis & control the wasteful energy during the respective shifts.
Ensure that employees in the department perform as per organizational standards.
Counsel subordinates in personal & work related matters.
Attend behavioral and vocational training in own & related work areas to enhance skills and develop multifunctionality.
