Job Description
- Work independently to complete work requests that are generated.
- Complete general maintenance work including but not limited to; plumbing electrical HVAC.
- Maintain databases as required by the department.
- Assist all Maintenance team members with tasks.
- Respond to all emergencies that arise within the facility following the Emergency Action Plan.
- Assist with any Maintenance Grounds or any other department duties in instances of absence or shortage of team members.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Vocational school training in one maintenance trade
- 57 years of experience in maintenance field
- Ability to read write speak and understand English
- Ability to work overtime as scheduled or requested
- Ability to assume on call responsibilities on a rotating schedule
