Job Description

Location: Milwaukee Region (includes travel to offsite locations)
Salary: $50000 annually
Schedule: Fulltime
- Train supervise and support cleaning staff across assigned sites
- Deliver and manage cleaning supply inventory
- Visit job sites regularly to coach employees and ensure quality standards
- Build positive working relationships with staff and clients
- Address performance issues or training gaps with professionalism and care
- Assist with and supervise projectbased work as needed
- Maintain a flexible schedule which may include early mornings evenings and split shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety and company protocols (OSHA training provided)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
- Prior supervisory and cleaning experience required
- Must pass a background check
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Experience with scissor lifts and safety training (OSHA certification provided)
- Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Able to work flexible hours based on operational needs
