- JOB PURPOSE

- Ensure high quality Cleaning Housekeeping and Waste Disposal standard of Passenger Terminal Building 1 2 other ancillary buildings building surroundings Main/Secondary Access Roads and Car Parks.
- Ensure performance of maintenance cleaning and housekeeping activities as per predetermined schedules and established maintenance instructions.
- Ensure the smooth operations of Pest Control Activities in the airport.
- Ensures the smooth Operation of Waste Management from above said location to Secondary collection point.
- Ensures the Sanitization is in accordance with Management guidelines approved by GOI.

- Shiftincharge round the clock with constant monitoring and follow ups.
- Responsible for seamless operation and functionality of facility across Terminals and Landside including all roads
- Proficient in computer operation and applicable softwares such as Excel Word Power point and Access.
- Facilitate planned and scheduled tasks during shifts by coordinating with stakeholders for work permits
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of cleaning and maintenance activities
- Machine operation and its functionality
- Extend support to Managers on tasks assigned.
- Check for functionality of Passenger / Staff touch points.
- Report generation and documentation of record for Schedule task for respective contracts Sanitization Daily shift reports Biowaste tracker Audit reports machinery usage tracker and evaluation reports as and when.
- Raise job orders in IBM tool and track for completion by coordinating with various E & M departments. Job Orders compilation and analysis shall be done and reports shall be shared with Managers.
- Ensure feedback logged at Helpdesk by various stakeholders is closed.
- Drive Operational performance of service providers towards Customer Service
- Mandatory trainings on SOPs for outsource staffs.
- IQA monitoring: as per schedule and include in shift report with findings.
- Monitoring Sanitization process: as per schedule and highlight gaps for immediate closure.
- BioWaste management: monitor clearance from respective primary collection points weighing of biowaste sign off and record documentation.
- Monitor Hand sanitizers refilling process and working condition of all types of hand sanitizing dispensing systems for functionality.
- Covid19 champs auditing review of gaps by highlighting via emails and refresher trainings on sanitization.
- Continual development initiatives as and when
- Laundry process: ensure laundering of cleaning cloths and mops is as per schedule to not run out during shift changeover.
- Store stock update and indenting
- Monitor E toilets coins / Sanitary vending machine coins collection and documentation.
- Follow ups for high access lifts and road sweeper vehicles with various BIAL stakeholders both before and after use.
- Recruitment skill tests for outsourced vendor as per service agreement
- Support during transition activities / preparation of RFPs & RFQs
- Provide support for all upcoming projects.

- JOB SPECIFICATION
5.1. Education qualification and certifications(Indicate the level of education and certifications required)
- Graduation or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management from a registered university
OR - Graduation in any discipline with preferably a Post Graduate Diploma / Specialization in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management from a registered university

5.2. Years of Experience Years of relevant experience required)
- Graduate in any Discipline8 years of experience in similar position in Cleaning & Housekeeping of Airports or reputed Hotels with min 3 years work experience at similar level
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management 5years in similar position in Cleaning & Housekeeping of Airports or reputed Hotels with min 2years work experience as similar level

- Computer skills(Indicate the required knowledge on software applications hardware etc. that are required)
- Essential Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to learn and use SAP PM & IBM Module.

5.4. Knowledge and work skillsIndicate what knowledge (machines equipment processes systems etc. and work skills are required
- Knowledge and ability to operate cleaning machineries such as Rideon and Walk behind Sweeper Machines Floor Scrubbers MultiPurpose Cleaning Machines Special Purpose Machines like Carbon TecPole etc.
- Ability to impart knowledge on usage of machinery and cleaning techniques.
- Ability to drive light motor vehicles and possession of driving license desirable.
