Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing and we are looking to hire a Clinical Research Scientist working from our laboratory in Pittsburgh PA @ Nova Place location with a start date on or before June 19 2025.

The Clinical Research Scientist is responsible for assay and protocol development validation and data development; laboratory optimization projects; assisting with clinical and researchrelated tasks; performing multiplexed immunofluorescent labeling and digital imaging and image analysis. This role will spend the most time on immunofluorescent labeling digital imaging and image analysis and data collection and analysis (bioinformatics or computational biology experience preferred).
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry Biology or Clinical Laboratory Science with 47 years of research or development experience.
- OR Masters degree in Chemistry Biology or Clinical Laboratory Science with 35 years of research or development experience.
- OR PhD in Chemistry Biology or Clinical Laboratory Science with 12 years of research or development experience.
- Proven technical skills scientific creativity ability to collaborate effectively and independent thinking.
- At least 4 years of laboratory experience in high complexity testing with QA training or 2 years of clinical QA experience.

SCHEDULE/TRAVEL
- Fulltime 8hour day 07:30 am 4:00 pm MondayFriday)
- Minimal travel initially may be required for training.

Salary Range: $70000 $90000. Salary Range is based on Experience and Education levels. 20 Bonus Potential
