As we expand our digital footprint we re looking for an SEO Specialist who can drive visibility traffic and leads through organic search.
What Youll Do:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to the staffing and recruiting industry
- Conduct keyword research focusing on job seeker intent and employer search behavior
- Optimize job listings landing pages and service pages for search visibility
- Build and manage backlink strategies to improve domain authority
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics Search Console SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Collaborate with content marketers to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in all written materials
- Stay current on Google algorithm updates and industryspecific search trends
What You ll Bring:
- 2 years in SEO (inhouse agency or freelance; staffing experience a plus)
- Deep understanding of local SEO technical SEO and content optimization
- Experience with platforms like WordPress Bullhorn or staffing industry CRMs is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights
- Strong communication and project management skills
