Job Description
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR THIS RN CIRCULATOR POSITION: 2 years recent strong experience with Ortho / General / GYN plus additional experience in ENT / Neurology / Podiatry. REQUIRED: BLS ACLS and PALS ALL AHA. Facility with 4 ORs and approx 20 cases per day. EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: OR platform is Optime. Either 8 or 10 hr day shifts to be discussed in interview. *Safety Sensitive position. MUST INCLUDE SFHS COVER SHEET WITH PROFILE OR SUBMISSION WILL BE DECLINED. MUST have unencumbered ability to practice as RN in Oklahoma AND have permanent address at least 100 miles from facility by most direct route. *Safety Sensitive position Safety sensitive under the Oklahoma Medical Use and Patient Protection Act (OMMA) is defined as any job that includes tasks or duties that the employer believes could affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task or others. This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position. Shift: 58s per week;OR 410s M/T/Th/F. CALL: 56 shifts per 4week period with 30minute response time. W/E call shift is 24 hr call on that day.
