DescriptionOverview:We are looking to hire a Senior ELV Engineer for a national oil and gas operator in Doha must have a minimum of 12 years experience in the design construction and commissioning of ELV Works related large size highrise in English is a Responsibilities:As discipline engineer responsible for provision of the required quality technical servicesCarryout Concept definition and engineering studies design scopes and preparation of engineering documents as per approved standards/proceduresVerify and signoff technical designs and bids in accordance with approved standardsDeliver timely service to meet the project requirementsAdvice and support in the discipline engineering matters in expertise through all stages of projectsPlan and coordinate activities of a team of engineers for providing technical services to project executing departments including review of strategiesSupport discipline head/lead to manage client discipline standards Participate in technical assurance and standardization activities to ensure compliance to approved discipline standardsApprove/endorse technical deviations/waivers/variations to approved guidelines codes standards and practicesSupport to ensure that all applicable environmental and process and other safety technical policies are fully implementedSupport development of competencies and skills in his area including structured training for Engineers under developmentRequirements:BSc in IT/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent qualification from an internationally recognized University with extensive design and construction experience of ELV Works related to the Building Services Industry Membership in a relevantrecognized professional organizationA minimum of twelve 12 years experience in the design construction and commissioning of ELV Works related large size highrise buildingsExperience and knowledge of International Standards Specifications testing and commissioning of ELV Systems and coordination with other engineering disciplinesExperience in review and approval of Contractor submittals shop drawings and method statements to ensure high quality of Works in compliance with design drawings and specificationsEffective communication and team building skills including presentation report writing and management of meetingsRequirementsWhere are you locatedWhats your nationalityWhat is your notice period; when can you engage this jobPlease only apply and press yes if you have read the requirements education experience and certifications and match Qatar
