Job Description

Zscaler SME

L2 NCE

Should have 6 years of experience in Security devices and technologies.

Configure manage and troubleshoot complex incidents and issues on Panorama and Palo Alto firewalls

Configure manage and troubleshoot complex incidents and issues on Panorama and Juniper SRX firewalls

Configure manage and troubleshoot complex issues on Akamai WAF

Configure manage and troubleshoot complex issues on ZScaler and McAfee proxy

Should have good knowledge to handle and troubleshoot complex issues for McAfee IPS and Cisco Iron port

Should be able to handle Cisco Firepower/ASA Fortigate and Cisco Umbrella issues

Should have Design review skills and recommend.

Should participate in design discussion with customer.

Should be able to perform Configuration changes upgrades and Design changes.

Should be able to handle and lead escalated incident.

It will be good to have Cisco ISE Arbor DDOS and FireEye knowledge.

Should have multiple Security industry certifications from below list.

Should have good written and verbal communications skill.

It will be good to have working experience of banking environment or BFSI industry.
