Job Description
What are we looking for
We are looking for a Server who is passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience and aligned with our commitment to achieving Forbes 5Star and Michelin star standards. This role requires someone with a refined understanding of highend service anticipatory hospitality and a genuine interest in fine dining. The ideal candidate will bring both knowledge and enthusiasm to the table engaging guests with a thoughtful and professional approach ensuring every guest feels valued and enhancing their dining experience through impeccable service.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a server preferably in a Michelinstar or Forbes 5Star restaurant.
- Previous experience serving at a restaurant with a tasting menu is preferred.
- Knowledge of luxury food and beverage standards ensuring the highest level of service and presentation.
- A passion for providing exceptional service with the ability to engage with guests in a refined and professional manner.
- Strong customer service skills including the ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs with a genuine sense of interest.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
- Must possess a valid Food Handler Card and Alcohol Awareness Training (e.g. TIPS ServSafe Alcohol) prior to being offered the position
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays as needed.

As a Server at Lex Yard you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests delivering food and beverages with impeccable attention to detail in line with the hotels goal of achieving Forbes 5Star and Michelin star aspirations. Your role is pivotal in creating an extraordinary dining experience anticipating guests needs and offering personalized service that makes them feel valued. You will engage with guests in a refined and genuine manner ensuring each interaction is thoughtful and memorable. Your attention to detail along with your ability to seamlessly deliver anticipatory service will contribute to the restaurants reputation for exceptional hospitality and luxury service standards.
What will I be doing
As a Server at Lex Yard you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Greet guests warmly using their names whenever possible and engage with them in a manner that reflects the refined standards of the restaurant.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently ensuring a personalized and attentive service experience.
- Demonstrate a genuine sense of interest in guests needs providing expert recommendations and creating a memorable dining experience.
- Maintain indepth knowledge of the menu daily specials and restaurant promotions to provide accurate information and enhance the guest experience.
- Take food and beverage orders input orders into the pointofsale system and ensure that all details are accurately captured.
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner ensuring that each order is presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal addressing any concerns or needs promptly and with a positive attitude.
- Serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in compliance with all federal state local and company regulations.
- Keep your station wellstocked with necessary supplies to ensure a smooth service.
- Clearing and cleaning tables throughout the meal service ensuring each table is prepared for the next guest with meticulous attention to detail and a seamless transition.
The rate of pay for this role is $16.5000 $21.2488 and is based on applicable and specialized experience.
