Job Description
SUMMARY
Installs repairs and maintains plumbing electrical HVAC painting carpentry floor covering mechanical fixtures and physical structure within a high school operation.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Four 4 years of experience including HVAC/Refrigeration electrical plumbing carpentry and painting experience.
Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Completion of a recognized training or apprenticeship program in the related field(s).
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check.
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles) or proof of MMR immunization.
Postoffer/preemployment 50 lb lift test.
Valid Drivers license (Arizona Drivers Licenserequiredwithin 30 days of hire)
MVReport showing no more than the allowable points against Drivers License as described underGoverning Board Policy: EEBR1Business and Personnel Transportation Services Transportation by Employees.
A Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Technician Certification is required within 90 days of hire.

Work Calendar: 12 month
Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
