Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
Store supervision
Ensure store displays are organized visually appealing and aligned with company standards.
Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accurate stock levels.
Maintain accurate records of all materials at stores.
Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favourable terms and agreements.
Create and maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and supplier information.
Plan and coordinate the dispatch of goods to customers and other departments.
Prepare and verify shipping documentation
Requirements Qualification and Skills
Bachelor s degree in any stream.
Proven experience in procurement and vendor management.
Strong negotiation analytical and decisionmaking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with procurement software and supply chain management systems.
