Assembly Operative Masking & Bonding
Salary: Up to 30000 per annum
Location: Near Uxbridge Middlesex
Hours: MonThurs 08:0017:00 / Fri 08:0012:00 37 hours per week)
Type: Permanent
Were hiring for a handson Assembly Operative to join a specialist manufacturing team near Uxbridge. Youll be preparing masking bonding and curing aerospacegrade components using precision tools and adhesives. This is a great opportunity to join a wellestablished engineering business producing safetycritical products for the aerospace sector.

Assembly Operative Responsibilities:
Follow technical drawings and instructions to build assemblies using prepared kits of parts
Mask components accurately for aluminium oxide blasting
Apply adhesive (e.g. Araldite) and complete bonding operations
Ovencure bonded assemblies to meet technical specifications
Clean excess adhesive and prepare assemblies for inspection
Maintain high standards of accuracy and cleanliness throughout the process
What Were Looking For:
Experience in bonding masking or mechanical assembly
Able to follow work instructions and engineering drawings
Comfortable using adhesives hand tools and working with ovens
Great attention to detail and methodical in approach
Reliable team player with a handson attitude
