Job Description
OpsTech Solutions organization with an unparalleled scope is part of the Amazons WW Operations & Robotics team. We design deploy and support IT infrastructure devices and Services across Amazons Global Fulfillment Centers Transportation (Middle Mile Last Mile & Logistics) and Specialty Customer Solutions (Amazon Fresh Prime Now Lockers Pantry Campus and Prime Air). Our customers range from Amazon lockers to Amazons Air Hubs.
OpsTech Infrastructure Engineering Programs (Infra Eng Programs) owns operationalizing and deploying OTIE and Robotics solutions at massive scale. These solutions include highly reliable IT infrastructure adding security enchantments improving service delivery all with the direct goal of scaling Amazons efficiently delivery speed and driving new innovations for customers. The team supports global operations customers (first middle last mile) and internal teams.
We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Technical Program Manager to own a large network infrastructure program. In this role you will partner with strong technical stakeholders to drive the longterm vision through development of vision documents definition of business requirements launch and postlaunch measurement. You will also serve as a key player with partner teams across the company working to align interests and implement scalable solutions. The successful candidate will be a selfstarter comfortable with ambiguity with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Key job responsibilities
The right candidate will possess strong technical infrastructure program management skills will have demonstrated experience overseeing medium to large projects.
You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or multiple priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive highlevel strategic initiatives but can also roll up your sleeves dig in and get the job done.
You will oversee highimpact projects anticipate bottlenecks provide escalation management make tradeoffs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
An ability to take large complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected.
Maturity high judgment negotiation skills ability to influence analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.

5 years of technical product or program management experience
5 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
3 years of software development experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
