At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
Those in SAP Customer at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyse client requirements implement CRM software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP CRM applications. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise customer relationship management processes enhance customer satisfaction and achieve their strategic objectives.

Role Description
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design SAP FICA solutions to meet those requirements
- Lead or participate in the full lifecycle implementation of SAP FICA projects including system configuration testing data migration and enduser training
- Customize SAP FICA functionality to align with the clients business processes and industryspecific requirements
- Provide expertlevel support and troubleshooting for SAP FICA issues including analyzing and resolving system defects and performance problems
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as ABAP developers and functional consultants to integrate SAP FICA with other SAP modules and external systems
- Stay uptodate with the latest SAP FICA features enhancements and industry trends to provide recommendations for system improvements and optimizations
- Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications system configurations and user manuals
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
- Strong experience in SAP FICA module implementation configuration and support
- Indepth knowledge of SAP FICA functionality including contract accounting invoicing payments collections and dunning processes
- Proficiency in SAP FICA integration with other SAP modules such as SAPBRIM SAP FIAP SAP FIAR and SAP SD
- Experience with SAP FICA enhancements and customizations using SAP enhancement frameworks such as BADI (Business AddIns) and BAPIs (Business Application Programming Interfaces)
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex system issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients team members and stakeholders at all levels
SAP FICA certification is preferred but not mandatory
