Job Description
R2Net is a diamond bridal jewelry company with a technology soul. R2Net Inc. is an innovative technology company that provides ecommerce and supply chain platforms to connect the entire span of the diamond industrys ecosystem including manufacturers retailers and consumers.
As an HR Generalist you will be responsible for providing HR support in a fastpaced dynamic environment. This role will focus on employee engagement HR administrative support and coordination of HRrelated activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized detailoriented and passionate about creating a positive employee experience. This position will report to the HR Business Partner and serve as a key resource for employees escalating issues to the HRBP as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a first point of contact for team members providing guidance on HR policies and procedures while ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Monitor the HR inbox promptly responding to general inquiries directing employees to relevant resources and escalating complex matters to the HRBP as needed.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives including teambuilding activities companywide celebrations and professional development events such as Lunch & Learns.
- Assist with new hire orientation helping to create a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new employees.
- Provide Workday support including assisting with password resets troubleshooting access issues and guiding employees through essential system functions to ensure they can navigate the platform smoothly.
- Facilitate company training programs by managing scheduling organizing materials setting up training spaces and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Partner with the HRBP to coordinate benefits education efforts and support the rollout of annual open enrollment ensuring employees are informed and equipped with the necessary resources.
- Provide administrative and project support for various HR initiatives assisting in process improvements and driving team objectives.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR role experience working with manufacturing is a plus
- Strong professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) and Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)

Annual base pay: $63000 $80000. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
