Business Operations Associate I Viator
About the Role
As a key member of our B2B BizOps team the Business Operations Associate will play a handson role in driving the daytoday success of our distribution partnerships teamone of Viators fast growing revenue channels. This is a highimpact executionfocused role ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems analyzing performance data and supporting commercial teams with the tools insights and processes they need to scale. Youll collaborate crossfunctionally build dashboards and contribute to initiatives that improve efficiency and accelerate growth.
Support the preparation of key materials (e.g. QBRs) helping consolidate and analyze data to inform team decisions and partner strategy.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Salesforce to track KPIs and performance.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Marketing Product Finance) to ensure alignment and smooth of initiatives.
Help identify and implement operational improvements that eliminate bottlenecks and improve team workflows.
Troubleshoot daytoday issues provide ad hoc analysis and act as a goto problem solver for the B2B team.
Support the operational needs of the account management and partnerships team with tools processes and insights.
What Were looking For
2 years of experience in business operations sales operations consulting or a datadriven role
Familiarity with tools like Excel/Google Sheets Tableau or SQLbonus points if youve worked with Salesforce
Strong analytical mindset: youre comfortable working with data drawing insights and communicating them clearly.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fastpaced environment.
A selfstarter attitudeyoure resourceful organized and ready to learn.
A team player with great communication skills and a desire to work crossfunctionally.
