Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is enthusiastic empathetic and dedicated to helping our customers have the best experience possible. As a key member of our team youll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns providing topnotch service across various channels such as phone email and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat or social media in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of company products policies and procedures
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally ensuring satisfaction and a positive experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
- Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude while working with customers.
- Meet performance targets such as response time resolution rate and customer satisfaction scores.
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred).
- Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Adaptability in a changing environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- A team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
