Job Description
Position Overview:
As a GRC Technology Specialist you will play a key role in managing and implementing technology solutions that support our Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) programs. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate risk management technologies ensuring that the companys GRC framework is efficient effective and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure GRC technology to meet organizational requirements including platform setup automated workflows reporting and access controls
- Integrate GRC technology with existing systems such as ERP ITSM or SMS.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to align GRC technology with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Develop configure and customize GRC technology to meet the needs of various risk management functions (e.g. risk assessments incident management audits compliance tracking).
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GRC software and solutions.
- Train and guide team members and endusers on GRC systems and best practices.
- Develop Business requirements documents user manuals and training materials.
- Offer postimplementation support and troubleshooting for technical and processrelated issues.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Risk Management or a related field.
- 02 years of experience working with technologies and platforms.
- Familiarity with systems integrations and APIs
- Experience in configuring deploying and maintaining GRC systems.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
