MidLevel FullStack Engineer
Compensation: $95000$140000 plus equity. Comprehensive healthcare and 401(k) included.
Minimum Experience Required: 24 years of fullstack development experience.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor work visas at this time.
Location: 100 Remote

The Role: Were seeking a versatile MidLevel FullStack Engineer to join our dynamic team. Youll have the opportunity to work on both the frontend and backend contributing to the development of robust and scalable web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop features across both frontend and backend ensuring seamless integration and functionality that meets user needs.
Improve application scalability by optimizing code and architecture focusing on performance and reliability.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement new features based on user feedback and market trends.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What You Need:
24 years of fullstack development experience with a strong understanding of both frontend and backend technologies.
Proficiency in React for frontend development and Python or Go for backend development demonstrating versatility in your skill set.
Nice to Have:
Experience working in an Agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement and iterative development.
Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation to enhance application functionality.
