MidLevel Backend Engineer
Compensation: $95000$135000 plus equity. Comprehensive healthcare and 401(k) included.
Minimum Experience Required: 2 years of experience with Python or Go in a production environment.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor work visas at this time.

The Opportunity: Ready to architect the future Were seeking a talented MidLevel Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. If youre passionate about crafting scalable APIs and services enhancing platform performance and collaborating with toptier engineers this is your chance to make a significant impact.
What Youll Do:
Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Go focusing on high availability and performance.
Implement RESTful APIs and microservices that are robust secure and easy to integrate with frontend applications.
Optimize database performance and queries to improve response times and overall system efficiency.
Participate in code reviews providing constructive feedback to peers and contributing to team knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and implement new features based on user feedback and business needs.
What You Bring:
2 years of experience with Python or Go in a production environment demonstrating a strong understanding of backend development principles.
Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases including performance tuning and optimization.
Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ to facilitate communication between services.
Bonus Points:
Experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker to streamline deployment processes.
Knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture principles to enhance system scalability and reliability.
