Waldorf AstoriaSpa is looking for aSpa Attendantto join this gorgeousAtlantaproperty!
Located in one of Atlantas most prestigious neighborhoods theWaldorf Astoria Spa is a restorative oasis in which to relax revive and rejuvenate. Featuring 13 treatment rooms pools including a 60foot saline lap pool and a couples suite. We offer signature therapies and treatments including body wraps exfoliators and massages. Waldorf Astoria Spa is located on the third floor of the Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead hotel. This42story tower has over 200 rooms 127 guest rooms plus residences over 10000 square feet of meeting space and 3 food and beverage outlets.This includes the 3meal restaurant bar and inroom dining.
Classification:FullTime
Shift:Various must have availability to work weekdays weekends and holidays
Pay Rate: $16 per hour
What will I be doing
As a Spa Attendant you would be responsible for ensuring a clean safe and relaxing/fun environment for guests in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness of work area including but not limited to cleaning the facility locker rooms machines and equipment in accordance with federal state local and company standards
- Stock and replenish the facility with supplies and products including but not limited to clean towels fresh water drinking cups etc.
- Assist in monitoring facility use to ensure guest safety
- Conduct financial transactions as needed
- Perform general Spa duties as needed
