Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Six 6 or more years of applicable work experience required.
- Minimum five 5 years of experience working with electronic medical record required.
- Experience leading an Epic implementation required.
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Experience leading large teams of individuals and the ability to manage staff effectively.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Minimum four 4 years of experience with an integrated healthcare information system preferred.
- Minimum four 4 years of experience in project management preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations preferred.

Benefits may vary based on employment status i.e. fulltime parttime per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role which includes estimated wages benefits and other forms of compensation is $125632.00 to $169603.20 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire in which a wide range of factors will be considered including but not limited to skillset years of applicable experience education credentials and licensure.
