Effective January 1 2025 and in accordance with California Education Code Section 44939.5 all applicants for certificated positions must disclose a complete list of all Local Education Agencies (LEAs) where they have been previously employed including fulltime parttime or substitute roles. LEAs include school districts county offices of education charter schools and state special schools. Failure to provide this information may be considered an act of dishonesty and could affect hiring decisions.

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic CTE Business teachers to join our school faculty. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in business concepts such as marketing finance entrepreneurship and management along with a passion for preparing students for college and career success. In this role you will deliver realworld handson learning experiences that develop students critical thinking communication and leadership skills. Requirements / Qualifications
Possession of a valid California CTE credential in Business and Finance
OR
Possession of a valid California Single Subject credentialinBusiness AND English Learners Authorization
OR QUALIFY FOR A CTE CREDENTIAL THROUGH EXPERIENCE/COURSEWORK:
3 years of verifiable handson paid or unpaid industry work experience in businessand recency of one year in the last five years or two years within the last 10 years. (One year is equivalent to a minimum of 1000 clock hours)
AND
High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Credential Copy (Copies of credentials must be currentscreenshot of the credential document details page from the CTC website that shows document name subjects authorizations and expiration date. Certificates will not be accepted.
- Letter of Introduction (Must be current and relative to the position you are applying to)
- Recommendation Letters (Three current letters dated within the last two years)
- Resume (Must include the last 10 years of work experience)
$70160 to $101104 (To start yearly based on fulltime assignment. Parttime assignments will be prorated)
- Pay dependent on experience
- Candidates with two or more years of fulltime K12 public school experience start on step 3. (This is the maximum starting step)
