As a Senior Marketing Designer youll be responsible for overseeing major design projects and setting the creative direction. Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate concepts into compelling solutions that align with the brands aesthetic. Youll mentor your team helping develop their overall capabilities.
About the role
Oversee and lead major design projects from concept to completion
Assists in setting design direction for design projects
Mentor and guide junior Designers
Ensure that all design work meets the brands creative standards
Collaborate with other departments to align design with overall marketing and branding strategies
About you
Minimum qualifications
6 years of professional design experience
Extensive portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and techniques
Solid understanding of typography color concepts and imagery to convey a story
Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Cloud Photoshop Illustrator InDesign and XD
Preferred qualifications
Bachelors degree in design art or a related field
Proven track record in leading complex design projects
Proficiency in Figma
Successful track record of receiving implementing and providing feedback on projects
Proven proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Experience designing within brand guidelines
Ability to size images or graphics for multiple platforms
Ability to influence peers and elevate design output through critical and thoughtful assessment
