Come join us at theSignia by Hilton Atlanta Georgia World Conference Center where we are seeking a Preventative Maintenance Engineer for our property operations team!
Shift Pattern:candidates should be available to work the morning evening and overnight shifts flexibly any day of the week/weekends/holidays as needed
Pay Rate:$22.00 per hour

What will I be doing
- Inspect guestrooms public spaces and heartofthehouse areas for needed and preventive maintenance to ensure an attractive and wellmaintained hotel
- Perform a variety of repair maintenance and cleaning tasks including carpentry plumbing electric painting HVAC mechanical and carpentry
- Complete daily guest room preventative maintenance assignments
- Maintain a detailed recordkeeping of all work orders and completed assignments
- Demonstrate skill in the use of related tools (including both hand and electric tools)
- Possess a basic mechanical aptitude for operation and repair of hotel equipment
