Job Description

As a Marketing Campaign Manager youll go beyond traditional lead generation to play a key role in driving revenue. You will partner with the sales team product marketing leadership and other departments to create and execute integrated campaigns that fuel our pipeline grow customer relationships and align with our business objectives. This position is fulltime in the office and based in New Jersey or Atlanta.

Responsibilities:

OmniChannel Campaign Strategy & : Lead and execute accountbased marketing (ABM) strategies across 1:1 1:Few and 1:Many tactics to engage prospects and customers within targeted segments and verticalsfrom ideation and planning to preparation and deployment.

  • Develop and manage evergreen campaigns to maintain ongoing engagement. Collaborate with sales to align on nurturing tactics and ensure campaigns drive pipeline growth and revenue.

  • Utilize nurture programs to move prospects through the funnel and optimize conversion opportunities.

Paid Media Campaigns:

  • Collaborate with agency to develop implement and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Search/Display LinkedIn Ads Review Sites) to drive quality leads and enhance brand visibility.

  • Monitor performance closely and provide recommendations to adjust strategies to achieve optimal results.

Tracking Analytics & Reporting:

  • Utilize tools such as HubSpot Salesforce Google Analytics to track and report on campaign performancefrom lead generation to pipeline conversion.

  • Provide datadriven insights on ROI CPL and other KPIs using this data to adjust existing campaigns and optimize future campaigns.

CrossFunctional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales product revenue operations and leadership teams to ensure alignment on goals messaging and KPIs.

  • Regularly communicate campaign results and share insights to ensure alignment across the organization.

Content & Messaging Development:

  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to craft compelling marketing assetslanding pages email campaigns social media ads and morethat resonate with target audiences.

  • Ensure that all content aligns with buyer personas and the customer journey.

Communication & Leadership:

  • Clearly communicate campaign results insights and opportunities to leadership and sales teams.

  • Share how campaigns are contributing to the businesss revenue goals and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

ForwardLooking Strategy:

  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends tools and strategies.

  • Apply new approaches to keep campaigns fresh impactful and relevant in a fastchanging environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • A bachelors degree is from an accredited notforprofit University or College preferably in marketing business communications or a related field.
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.

  • 45 years of experience in marketing campaign management demand generation and ABM preferably in B2B SaaS FinTech or related industries.

  • Proven track record in managing ABM campaigns 1:1 1:Few and 1:Many) and driving measurable results.

  • Proven experience managing endtoend paid campaigns across Google Search/Display LinkedIn Ads and SEO. Skilled in optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics like CPL ROI and conversion rates to drive results.

  • Experienced in using tools like Google Analytics HubSpot Salesforce 6Sense Terminus and Demandbase to track analyze and optimize campaign performance.

  • Were looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment values teamwork and embraces a we mentality over individual success.

  • You can confidently communicate with leadership sales and other teams to ensure everyone is on the same page and campaigns are executed effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Skilled in making datadriven decisions managing leads and aligning closely with sales teams to ensure seamless and success.

  • A blend of creative and strategic thinking skilled in crafting compelling content while managing broader campaign strategies. Able to balance bigpicture vision with attention to detail and collaborate effectively with sales leadership and marketing teams to ensure alignment and drive success across all campaigns.

  • Thrive in a fastpaced everevolving environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering highquality results.

  • Experience in a salesoriented role such as BDR Inbound/Outbound Sales or similarhelpful in understanding the sales process and collaborating effectively with the sellers and revenue and leaders.
