Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a talented Developer with Automation expertise to join our innovative team. This role is essential in developing scalable highperformance applications and implementing automation solutions that enhance efficiency and drive business success. As a Developer at Synechron you will leverage your deep technical knowledge and collaborative skills to deliver toptier software solutions.
Software Requirements
Required:
- Proficiency in and JavaScript experience
- handson experience with TypeScript
- Strong understanding of automation tools and practices
- Practical experience with GraphQL
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization
- Experience with API gateway integrations such as 3Scale
- Understanding of singlesignon or tokenbased authentication (REST JWT OAuth)
- Expertise in task/message queues including AWS Microsoft Azure Pushpin and Kafka
Preferred:
- Knowledge of CI/CD principles and involvement in troubleshooting distributed services
Overall Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using technologies
- Implement automation solutions to improve development and deployment processes
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure highquality technical and application architecture
- Research and benchmark technology against industry best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a distributed services ecosystem

Programming Languages:
- Essential: JavaScript TypeScript

- Essential: Experience with various databases (specific databases may be preferred)

- Essential: AWS Microsoft Azure

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of coding experience in JavaScript and databases
- At least 1 year of handson experience with TypeScript
- Automation knowledge is essential
- Experience in banking financial services or fintech in an enterprise environment is preferred

- Engage in debugging and performance tuning
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop new features
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Ensure seamless deployment and operation of applications
Qualifications
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Computer Science or related field or equivalent industry experience
