DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position you will be responsible for supervising a team of Fiscal staff. This includes fiscal oversight of the Drug and Alcohol Adult and Family Services and HealthChoices Program. You will be overseeing preparing and analyzing financial and eligibility reports required by Delaware County the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) and Federal entities. Our team will rely on you to ensure that all financial and eligibility operations related to the annual budgets for the respective funds are in compliance with current county state and federal regulatory and statutory requirements. Additionally you will act as a liaison with other county offices such as to budget controllers and purchasing.
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Fulltime employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday Friday with a 30minute lunch.
- Telework:You will not have the option to telework in this position.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a County Fiscal Officer 1; or
- Two years of accounting and/or budgetary experience and a businessrelated bachelors degree that includes six college credits in accounting; or
- Four years of accounting and/or budgetary experience and a businessrelated associates degree that includes six college credits in accounting; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training which includes or is supplemented by six college credits in accounting.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- You must pass a background investigation.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
- Under the Law a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including but not limited to PA State Police clearance PA Child Abuse history clearance and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
