Job Title: Personal Lines (PL) Producer

Location: Maple Shade NJ (Hybrid 3 days a week inoffice: Tuesday Wednesday Thursday)
Number of Openings: 1

Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for the growth of our Personal Lines department which includes three key teams: Sales Quoting Specialist and CSR. With a book of $20 million in premium and 6000 customers our agency is wellestablished and were seeking a talented individual to focus on sales including cold and warm leads and account sourcing. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experienceand will thrive in a fastpaced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Handle all aspects of sales including sourcing new business through cold and warm leads as well as identifying crossselling opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach and followups.
  • Account Management: Manage accounts ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to policyholder.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the quoting specialist and CSR teams to ensure clients receive the best possible service and coverage options.

Required Qualifications:

  • License: Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales. We are not looking for candidates who need to be trained from the ground up.
  • Skills: Strong sales abilities with experience handling both cold and warm leads. Must be comfortable with clientfacing responsibilities and have excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Software: Experience with Epic is a huge plus but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: Base salary up to $60000 plus commission.
  • 401(k): Includes a 401(k) plan with a profitsharing option.

Work Schedule:

  • Location: 3 days a week in the office (Tuesday Wednesday Thursday) in Maple Shade NJ. Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
