The Role
You will provide legal counsel to business owners entrepreneurs and corporate clients across diverse sectors.
Key responsibilities:
Independently manage a diverse caseload of corporate and commercial matters
Collaborate with senior team members on intricate transactions
Deliver practical and strategic legal solutions to clients
Actively participate in business development and networking initiatives
Handle matters including mergers and acquisitions shareholder agreements commercial contracts and corporate restructurings
About you
Qualified solicitor with approximately 3 years PQE in corporate and commercial law (flexibility considered for exceptional candidates)
Proven experience in managing client relationships effectively
Proactive and selfmotivated with a commitment to delivering highquality legal services
