WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS
Your fulltime schedule is Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 4:30 PM with some flexibility required and occasional oncall responsibility.
As a Behavioral Specialist you provide highlevel direct behavior support for students and individuals using a variety of techniques such as observations modeling teaching roleplaying and coaching. You collaborate closely with our clinical team to develop and implement behavior support plans tailored to each individuals needs ensuring a conducive environment for effective behavior treatment. Your responsibilities extend to providing staff training collecting data for functional behavior assessments and conducting treatment integrity checks. With your keen attention to detail you ensure the seamless implementation of behavior support plans and teaching strategies fostering positive growth and development for all. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in applied behavior analysis psychology or a related field OR equivalent combination of education training and experience
Having your BCaBA BCBA or masters degree in applied behavior analysis psychology or a related field OR equivalent combination of education training and experience is preferred. The ability to speak Portuguese or Spanish is a plus!
