Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customerfocused Teller I to join our team. Previous experience is preferred but Sentinel is ready to provide onthejob training for the right fit.

Position Details:

Job Title: Teller I

Classification: PartTime 2529 hours/week)

Minimum Starting Pay: $16.50 $17.20 per hour DOE plus incentives bonus pay and paid time off

Expected Start Date: Immediate Hire

Number of Available Positions: One

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit and stand for extended periods of time and occasionally reach stoop kneel bend and crouch. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include adequate near and far sight. Employees must possess the manual dexterity required to perform computerrelated tasks. Employees must be able to read write and speak English proficiently and in a professional manner.

Ability Demands:

Ability to understand and follow complex written and oral instructions. Excellent written and verbal communication interpersonal skills. Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently. Exceptional problemsolving decisionmaking and analytical skills. Strong attentiontodetail and organizational skills and able to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to comprehend complex functions and procedures and to be able to disseminate that knowledge in a clear and understandable format to others. Ability to express oneself clearly and concisely both orally and in writing. Ability to gather assemble correlate and analyze facts and develop solutions. Ability to assess the needs of multiple members and prioritize requests to ensure that all members receive the highest quality of service possible. Ability to present a professional and personable personality that communicates to members and visitors that the credit union is a professional financial institution. Ability to interact with more than one department daily. Ability to work within precise standardized guidelines with some latitude to make decisions and take initiative to resolve problems or unique circumstances. Ability to use a rational and organized approach to completing tasks.
