Job Description

Supervisor: Business Director

Benefits:Medical Dental Vision( District contributes $ 1850 Life and Accidental Death Insurance.

Contract Days: 243

This is a 12 month position salary begins at $55316 based on the Confidential Staff

Consultation Agreement. This position will report to the Director of Business Services.

Duties for the position are as follows:

  • Maintain Avigilon System (Card Access System)
  • Building Inventory
  • Facilities Use scheduling (SchoolDude System)
  • Key and Card Access Monitoring
  • Work with the Facilities Manager on Purchase Orders
  • Monitor online HVAC System
  • Scheduling of District Safety Committee meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

BENEFITS: Medical Dental Vision Life and Accidental Death Insurance. District pays $1850 per month towards employee health insurance benefits.

Collaboration with Colleagues and Industry Partners:Work with fellow educators school administration and community partners.

Salary and benefits based on Confidential Staff Consultation Agreement.
