Job Description
The LewisClark KinderCollege daycare/preschool center is looking to hire a parttime assistant teacher with a flexible schedule. The Assistant Teacher is responsible for helping teachers organize and lead the daily activities of infants toddlers and prekindergarten children. They implement the program curriculum and environment providing a high quality and developmentally appropriate experience to meet the needs of the children and families.
Hourly Rate: $1012 based on education
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of childcare experience
- 36 college credits in early childhood education psychology social work and/or nursing or a Child Development Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Helping with toileting or diaper changing
- Cleaning up after children
- Providing emotional support
- Supervising and engaging with children
