Full Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Fish Cutter is responsible and is expected to be able to cut fish to all levels of production necessary. Cutters must be able break/cut whole tuna and other various species down to fillet and poke specifications. Experience is a must.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Scales heads guts and fillets fish for restaurants and supermarkets.

2. Wraps and packages fish for delivery or storage to both local and nonlocal customers.

3. Comply with the companys State and Federal guidelines and expectations regarding Food Safety HACCP and general Safety procedures.

4. Assist in all of the fresh seafood monthly inventories.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1. High school diploma or GED.

2. Current Tuberculosis clearance.

3. Must be reliable and punctual.
