Were hiring a Customer Service Generalisteager to deliver toptier service and thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
As a Customer Service Generalist youll be key in providing essential DMV services to Virginia residents. Responsibilities include:
Explaining DMV policies procedures and regulations clearly to customers
Issuing identification cards and processing various applications
Administering vision screenings driver knowledge exams and road tests
Handling vehicle registrations titles taxes fees and related services
Ensuring transactions are accurate and secure including handling cash and credit card payments

The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) based in Richmond proudly serves over 6.2 million licensed drivers and ID cardholders and over8.4 million registered vehicles across the Commonwealth.
