Job Description
Are you looking to play a key part in solving the challenges of end customers and partners using Trimbles satellite navigation products that are delivered using hosted services Windows iOS or Android mobile devices
Analysts on our team troubleshoot complex technical issues identify product bugs and work directly with developers project managers and testers to provide best in class navigation based tools to commercial clients.

Job Description:
Reporting to the Level 2 Developer Support Manager you will provide high quality and responsive customer service for a large base of software customers internationally.
As an Integration and Developer Support Analyst you will be the technical liaison helping to solve challenges that customers and partners encounter during Trimble MAPS Web Services integrations CoPilot enterprise integration as well as client/server based customer and partners solution integration efforts.
This role requires excellent communication skills as you will be working directly with customers and partners on a daily basis. This is a fast paced role requiring flexibility working with a number of different stakeholders while being exposed to a variety of technologies and environments.
Additionally you will be responsible for identifying and reporting software bugs and usability problems for corrective action. Responsibilities also include interfacing with developers project managers and testers. This position requires intense communication through phone and email.
Qualified candidates will have a combination of the following requirements:
BS in Computer Science or equivalent
Familiarity with JavaScript Java C# Python ObjectiveC SQL JIRA and/or other programming languages & tools
Solid understanding of Web Services and APIs REST & SOAP
Knowledge of internet based systems including experience developing web and mobile apps. Prior experience working with Android Angular and/or React is a great plus.
Superior communications and presentation skills
Flexible and versatile technical and soft skills
Comfortable adapting to changing technical environments
Willingness to learn new programming languages and/or IDEs

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
