CFO Swtch

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our team based in North America. As CFO you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy driving profitable growth and ensuring the companys financial health. You will partner with senior leadership to provide insights recommendations and operational direction. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the companys longterm financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the annual budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Drive key business metrics financial modeling and scenario planning to support strategic decisionmaking.

• Oversee all financial operations including accounting treasury FP&A tax and audit.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting including monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in Canada and the US

• Manage capital allocation fundraising and debt/equity financing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors financial institutions and other stakeholders.
• Serve as the key spokesperson to the investor community providing financial guidance and updates.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Product Sales Operations) to align financial goals with business initiatives.
• Provide datadriven financial insights and recommendations to the SLT and Board of Directors.
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams to achieve high performance and scalability.

• Identify evaluate and mitigate financial risks while ensuring appropriate controls and procedures.
• Oversee compliance with tax laws corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
• Implement financial systems and technology to improve efficiency and scalability.

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• Experience in Cleantech/ Greentech/ Renewables is a definite plus
• 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience with at least 5 years in a CFO or similar executivelevel role in a SaaS or technology company.
• Proven experience with venture capital private equity or public company financing and reporting.
• Expertise in financial modeling forecasting and strategic planning
• Indepth knowledge of GAAP and SaaS business models (MRR ARR LTV CAC etc..
• Strong leadership communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highgrowth environment balancing strategic vision with tactical .
• Experience with SaaS pricing strategies subscription billing systems and revenue recognition.
• Successful track record of leading companies through fundraising mergers or acquisitions.
• Familiarity with financial software tools (NetSuite Adaptive Insights Salesforce etc..
