We are searching for an Accounts Payable Disbursement Associateto join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest IL.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
The Accounts Payable Disbursement Associate will handle all aspects of payment processing function in SAP.
You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!
- Timely and accurate preparation and distribution of payment forecast reports for Accounting and Corporate Treasury.
- Initiate payment processing (Wires Checks ACHs) through multiple banking platforms and coordinate posting to SAP. Across multiple company codes and legal entities.
- Handle payment inquiries payment traces voids/stop payment orders and reissue requests.
- Process refund check postings to SAP.
- Handle payment reconciliations coordinating with general ledger reconciliation team.
- Monitor and review EDI transmission and responses from the banks.
- Interacts with Corporate Accounting to resolve Bank to Book reconciling items.
- Aging review and clean up.
- Invoice processing as needed.
- Execute and navigate banking platforms and run bank reports.
- Review bank issues like ACH Credits and Wire returns.
- Understand all the emails coming from the bank example web methods and banking confirmations.
- Prepare and distribute funding reports.
- Exception reporting and resolution.
- Support Accounts Payable with audit requests.
- Reconcile vendor statements.

Qualifications
We will need you to have:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of related professional Accounts Payable and/or ProcuretoPay experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Proficient in data entry skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Selfdirected with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.
- Teamoriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams.
Icing on the cake:
- Associates degree or 2 years of college.
- Proficient in SAP.
