As a Physical Therapy Assistant in our team you play a crucial role in providing direct treatment as planned by the Physical Therapist. You also have the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise by training Day Habilitation Aides and Residential Supporters in essential skills such as range of motion exercises ambulation techniques and standing programs. By ensuring that supports and orders are carried out correctly you contribute to the overall wellbeing and progress of our Day Habilitation members. Additionally you maintain accurate documentation such as monthly flow sheets and quarterly notes to ensure proper recordkeeping. Your regular feedback to the supervising therapist helps us track the progress and make necessary adjustments to our members treatment plans.
Job Type: FullTime or PartTime up to 32 hours/week
