DescriptionThe Warranty Claims Representative provides advanced assistance to customers over the phone or through electronic communication in all aspects of warranty service requests such as dispatching warranty validation registration vendor authorization service provider recruiting and any other customer related requests.
The ideal candidate is located in Oxnard CA.
Responsibilities- Provides verbal and written assistance to customers on product services and general product questions for complex multifamily and/or largescale commercial projects.
- Explains and interprets warranty information to customers as they apply to products.
- Arranges for malfunctioning or defective items to be returned for evaluation.
- Uses computerized system for tracking requests troubleshooting problems assessing parts or spares inventory documenting resolutions or determining warranty eligibility.
- Coordinate dispatching thirdparty contractors
- Handles a large amount of inbound calls in a call center setting in a timely manner.
- Identify customers needs clarify information research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years Call Center Customer servicerelated experience in the insurance/manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrates data entry skills.
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with people inside and outside the Company in a professional and sincere manner.
- Excellent problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills and indepth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a matrix team environment.
HOW TO STAND OUT:
- Ability to read write and comprehend technical instructions short correspondence and memos.
- Ability to support multiple products and prioritize multiple projects.
- Experience in utilizing CRM and ERP Systems amongst other business software
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
The pay scale for this position in California is $43200$64692. Please note all pay ranges are broadly stated and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location direct experience market guidance and internal equity among other qualifying criteria.
