Bob Caldwell Automotive is on the lookout for a friendly reliable and detailloving person to join our team as a Service & Parts Cashier. This is more than just a cashier job its a gateway to working in a supportive fastpaced and genuinely fun dealership environment where your work matters.
What Youll Be Doing:
Welcoming customers and visitors with a smile
Answering phone calls and pointing folks in the right direction
Processing payments for service parts and even car purchases
Balancing your cash drawer and prepping daily deposits
Helping with filing data entry and keeping records organized
Being the goto for great customer service and quick problemsolving
Working alongside our sales service and finance teams to keep things running smoothly
Keeping the front desk tidy and inviting
What Were Looking For:
Organized and dependable someone who can manage their time well
Friendly and patient youll be helping all kinds of people every day
Positive attitude even when the task seems repetitive (trust us its important stuff!
Comfortable on the phone and in person
No experience No problem. If youre willing to learn were happy to train!
