What You Will Achieve
The Sr Program Manager of Modular Aseptic Processing (MAP) plays a pivotal role in strategic project and program management. This position is crucial for enhancing operational efficiencies and delivering business value focusing on sitespecific and organizationwide goals. The role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure projects and programs are delivered effectively meeting contractual commitments and aligning with strategic vision.
In this role you will:
Project Planning & Scope Development:
Set and manage objectives for highly complex projects.
Budget Management:
Developing and managing project budgets including cost estimation procurement and financial tracking.
Scheduling & Timeline Management:
Creating and maintaining project schedules identifying critical paths and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
Lead and allocate people technology and financial resources including those outside direct authority.
Assess talent needs identify talent within the organization and hold managers accountable for developing a diverse talent pipeline.
Review project statuses manage schedules prepare status reports and develop resolutions to meet goals.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicating effectively with site and above site stakeholders and contractors to ensure project success.
Actively share knowledge across multiple functions and contribute to knowledge management processes.
Lead teams to implement strategic direction and influence senior management decisions.
Foster a culture of innovation to improve patient care and healthcare outcomes while instituting knowledgesharing practices.
Design & Construction Management:
Overseeing the design process coordinating with engineers and other consultants and managing the construction phase including contractor selection bidding and contract administration.
Quality Assurance & Control:
Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure that the project meets required standards and specifications.
Risk Management:
Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact the project.
Project Closeout:
Ensuring that all project deliverables are complete and that the facility is ready for occupancy and operation
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
BA/BS with 6 years of experience or MBA/MS with 5 years of experience in Engineering BioMedial Sciences or related field.
Extensive relevant project management experience preferably in biopharmaceutical.
Experience in a cGMP facility or working with FDA regulations.
Proven track record in project management within a complex matrixed environment
Experience in change management strategy across diverse business units.
Demonstrated excellence in facilitation and communication skills
Superior executive communication skills and strategic influence with stakeholders.
Expertise in comprehensive risk management and opportunity leadership.
Mastery in project management methodologies.
Experience in managing people with the ability to coach counsel and lead a team effectively
Strong organizational skills paired with exceptional problemsolving abilities and decision making skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Relevant pharmaceutical experience leading large scale green/brown field facility expansion projects.
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
