Key job responsibilities
Own multiyear technical programs build consensus and define architectural strategies across Director level organizations.
Create and execute mechanisms to prioritize roadmaps drive transparency and collaboration across stakeholders improve efficiency and improve customer satisfaction across 6 software teams.
Negotiate priorities anticipate bottlenecks provide escalation management make datadriven tradeoffs that balance near term with longterm strategy and balance customer and business needs against technical constraints across a VP level organization.
Deliver communication up to VP level stakeholders and leaders.
Drive a culture of innovation encouraging teams to find new and better ways to identify and solve problems.

About the team

5 years of technical product or program management experience
7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
3 years of software development experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules

5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
