The Role
Are you an experienced finance professional seeking a dynamic role in the aged care sector Look no further! Baptcare a leading provider of residential and community aged care services in Victoria and Tasmania is seeking a talented Finance Business Partner within Community Services and Housing to join their Financial Services team in Melbourne.
As the Finance Business Partner you will be a pivotal member of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team providing strategic financial support advice and guidance to the Community Services & Housing business unit within Baptcares Services & Operations division. Your primary responsibilities will include partnering with both strategic and tactical domains offering the opportunity to engage with a wide spectrum of commercial matters. The Finance Business Partner collaborates closely with senior stakeholders across the Community Services and Housing units partnering with executive and leadership teams to provide expert financial and commercial guidance.
About You
To excel in this role you must possess:
A degree in Commerce Economics or Business
Qualified as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA)
Relevant experience in a finance business partnering role preferably within the aged care healthcare or notforprofit sectors but not essential
Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
