Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and customer serviceoriented individual to join our retail team. As the Sales Lead you will be responsible for ongoing product knowledge training selling behaviors and inspiring others to provide a great customer experience.
Essential Functions
Motivate the sales team to enhance the service culture
Follows company sales strategy to exceed goals
Handling customer deescalation
Monitor customer orders until completion
Acting as Manager on Duty (MOD) when required
Train employees on selling behaviors
Supporting the of visual directives
Maintain a clean safe secure and friendly store
Supports inventory management processes
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Lift 30 lbs.
Ability to spend entire shift on feet
Over the age of 18
Preferred Skills
1 year of retail experience
Strong Communicator
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Ability to prioritize multitask and problem solve
Highspirited and self motivated
